A Standard Room has a queen size bed and amenities including individually controlled air conditioning, a desk, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, a refrigerator and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
This room is ideal for one person but may sleep up to two persons.

Double Room

Each Double Room has a large king size bed and many amenities including individually controlled air conditioning, a desk, satellite TV, a mini-bar, Wi-Fi internet connection and a bathroom.
This room is suitable for two adults and up to one child.

Mini Executive Room — Also with City View

The Mini Executive Room consists of a large king size bed and a sitting area — with table and sofa — and amenities including individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, a mini-bar and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
This room is ideal for one person but comfortably sleeps two persons.

As the name indicates, the Mini Executive Room with City View offers a wonderful view of the City of Ho.

Executive Suite 1These two-storey two-room suites have a separate entrance, a large comfortable living room, a bedroom with a large king size bed, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, a refrigerator and en-suite bathroom. Some Executive Suites may have a kitchenette and an additional walk-in shower.


Executive Suite 1Executive Suites range in size from 60 to 100 sq m. and are ideal for a family or a group of up to four adults.

Our beautifully furnished villas are ideally suited as vacation homes. They provide lush beautiful gardens, well-equipped kitchens, spacious patios and sitting areas. There are bright and airy living rooms and bedrooms with ceiling fans or air conditioning. Bedrooms are well-equipped and furnished with double, queen size and large king size beds.

There are Junior Suites available, with queen sized beds and providing dedicated Butler Service on request.

Occupancy: Double Room is suitable for up to 2 persons.
Earliest arrival: 14:00 GMT
Vacate time: 12:00 GMT (An additional 50% of room rate will be charged for all late checkout between 12:00 GMT and 18:00 GMT. The full room rate will be charged for late checkout after 18:00 GMT)
Age requirement policy: Guests must be 18 years or older (valid identification required) to reserve and check into a room. At least one adult must be registered to each room.
Payment policy: We accept payments in cash (US dollars or equivalents in Ghana cedis and Euros plus select other major currencies) and through PayPal.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours or 1 day prior to arrival time or date (whichever is applicable), after this we would charge 80% of the room rate for cancellation if we could not sell the room.
General policies: SkyPlus Hotel & Resorts may enforce special event policies over high demand dates such as some holidays, sporting events, annual festivals, or other citywide events such as Asogli Yam Festival and New Year's Eve. Event policies may include pre-payment/non-cancellable requirements for room reservations, restricted access to/from the hotel, and very limited parking. Please contact the hotel directly to inquire further about these policies.
